At the offline delivery ceremony, General Manager Zhu Xiaohui excitedly introduced: "In the past, small batches of deliveries were mostly completed in our laboratory. This time, the electronic skin is officially handed over to the mass production base. It is a very important milestone for the subsequent large-scale mass production."

He said that the 2,000th electronic skin has rolled off the production line, that is, the "Wuhan-made" humanoid robot electronic skin will soon be installed on the 1,000th humanoid robot. This not only represents that the humanoid robot electronic skin developed by HIT Technology has officially entered the large-scale mass production stage, but also is the first time in China that such a large-scale mass production has been achieved in the field of electronic skin.

Wang Hao, co-founder of HIT, said: "The 2 million pieces of automotive-grade production capacity means that the electronic skin products produced by HIT have successfully met the stringent high quality, reliability and safety standards of the automotive industry (i.e. "automotive-grade"), and its production line has been built and put into large-scale production."
