Multipoint Flexible Foot Pressure Sensor HIT-FPS-J1316
Model: HIT-FPS-J1316
Brand: HIT
This sensor is a multi-line distributed (array) output component with 155 independent sensing points. The size of the output resistance is related to the pressure applied to the effective area of the sensor, and it is equipped with a PCBA data acquisition card. Combined with the upper computer software, it can detect static/dynamic pressure and display the distribution of output in the form of a cloud map.
Description
Product overview
Multipoint Flexible Foot Pressure Sensor HIT-FPS-J1316 is a thin film pressure sensor that detects pressure and displays output distribution graphically.
Multipoint Flexible Foot Pressure Sensor HIT-FPS-J1316 is composed of PET, highly conductive materials, and pressure-sensitive materials with excellent comprehensive mechanical properties. The bottom layer consists of a flexible film and a pressure-sensitive material composite on top of it. The two are bonded together with double-sided tape and separate the sensing areas of the upper and lower layers. When the sensing area is under pressure, the separated lines at the bottom layer conduct, and the output resistance of the sensing area changes accordingly with different pressures.
The plantar membrane pressure sensor is a membrane pressure sensor that, when combined with upper computer software, can perform static, dynamic, vestibular, and potential testing functions. The user interface is simple and easy to understand, with a very portable and lightweight design that can be moved to any place for use. Help you obtain analysis results from gait and balance tests more easily and quickly than ever before! Doctors can use the plantar membrane pressure sensor to detect abnormal pressure distribution in the plantar area, which facilitates early detection of biomechanical abnormalities in patients' feet. Based on the plantar membrane pressure sensor combined with upper computer analysis and image editing, customized orthopedic insoles can be designed as early as possible to provide feasible prevention, treatment, and rehabilitation plans for foot patients
