Magnetic Distance Sensor HIT-MR is a sensor suitable for detecting the distance between the stirring device blade and the barrel wall in industrial environments, avoiding losses caused by contact between the blade and the barrel wall. The magnetic distance sensor is based on the motion of metal cutting magnetic induction lines to generate eddy currents on the metal surface, which in turn generate a magnetic field. The magnetic field strength is then measured by an induction coil to calculate the distance. There is no physical contact between the sensor and the measuring object, and the water film attached to the slurry and tank surface does not affect the detection results. The magnetic distance sensor converts the signal of the distance between the stirring device blade and the inner wall of the bucket in the industrial environment into a distance value and transmits it to the client.
The magnetic ranging sensor includes a sensor induction module and an edge processing module, which are connected by a communication cable.

Stable Working Area
The sensor works by converting the magnetic induction line signal of the stirring device into usable data. Due to the attenuation of electromagnetic fields, the farther the distance, the weaker the electromagnetic wave signal, which will lead to unstable label operation. Therefore, please ensure that the head of the sensor sensing module is close enough to the outer wall of the mixing tank when using it
Installation of Edge Processing Module
When conducting sensor distance measurement, it is not only necessary to fix the sensing module, but also to fix the edge processing module on the side to prevent signal data from being affected by loose equipment cables during long-term operation.
