The UHF integrated high-precision positioning RFID reader is an RFID reader that integrates high-frequency recognition and ultra-high frequency recognition technologies, which is applied for the recognition of EPC code on 100 test tubes and port positioning.

Description

 

The following performance parameter is based on the combination test of the high-sensitivity ultra-high frequency tag and UHF High-Precision Positioning RFID Reader SG-UR-CM100.

 

★High frequency identification

The reader is equipped with four high-frequency antennas, based on the ISO-15693 protocol, working at a frequency of 13.56 MHz. High frequency label is attached to the side of the test kit, achieving the direction recognition of the kit, in order to guide the calibration of ultra-high frequency reagent tube numbers.

 

★Ultra-high frequency identification

There are 100 test tubes on the test kit, and each tube is equipped with an ultra-high frequency tag at the bottom for binding and locating information. The reader is designed with a 100-channel ultra-high frequency antenna based on the 18000-6C protocol, working at a frequency of 902~927MHz. The reader has a fast ultra-high frequency reading speed, completing the counting of 100 tags in just 2.2 seconds. It has a strong stability in reading and counting, with no missing or serial reading after more than 10000 times.

 

★Instruction system of the reader

UHF High-Precision Positioning RFID Reader SG-UR-CM100, as a sensing product, can interact with data through an instruction system. The relevant instructions include executing inventory, reading tag cache, setting the reader's power, writing the EPC code of ultra-high frequency tags, etc.
