During the "Smart Comfort & Safe Interaction" forum, Mr. Hao Wang, Director of the Flexible Sensing Business Unit at Huaweike, delivered a keynote presentation titled "Flexible Sensing Empowering New Experiences in Seat Comfort and Safe Interaction."

Mr. Wang detailed how flexible tactile sensing overcomes the limitations of traditional pressure sensors, achieving an optimal balance among automotive-grade reliability, high sensitivity, and cost efficiency. He also showcased several of Huaweike's successful mass-production commercial cases.

"The convergence of AI tactile sensing and smart vehicles is shifting from an 'option' to an 'absolute necessity,'" said Mr. Wang. "Flexible electronic skin acts as the 'skin and nerves' for AI. Embedded into diverse surfaces, it captures physical-world data in real time."
