Download and install the driver: According to the device model and operating system, download and install the corresponding RFID reader driver from the official website or the CD that comes with the device.
Connect the reader: Connect the RFID reader to the computer via the USB interface or the network to ensure that the connection is stable and there is no looseness or poor contact ‌1.
‌Tag initialization and programming‌:

Select the appropriate programming software: According to the type and specification of the tag, select the appropriate programming software, which usually supports multiple types of RFID tags and provides rich programming options.
Enter tag information: In the programming software, enter the unique identifier (UID) and other necessary information of the tag, and perform write and read tests to ensure that the tag can work properly and store the required data.
‌Read and write data‌:

Read tag data: Place the RFID tag within the antenna range of the reader and ensure that there are no obstacles between the two. The reader will automatically read the data in the tag and display it on the software interface. After reading the data, the data can be transferred to the computer or cloud for storage and analysis.
Write data: Select the tag to be written in the software and enter the data to be written. After confirmation, perform the write operation. Note that when writing data, make sure the tag is in a writable state and avoid moving or disturbing the tag during the writing process.
